Aligned Disability Property (ADP) Fund
The ADP Fund (APIR code BFS2224AU – BrickX Trust 34) is aiming to develop a portfolio of investment grade Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties that can then be sold to institutional investors once they have been leased.
The ADP Fund is a sub trust of the BrickX Platform (ARSN 613 156 433) that allows investors to fractionally invest in properties.

An Additional Disclosure Document (ADD) for the ADP Fund can be found at https://www.brickx.com/pds and BrickX members will be able to invest into the ADP Fund after having reviewed and accepted the ADD.
